Sessiz sakin kafa dinleme yeri olarak hoş ve sevimli bir yer. Olumsuzluk olarak şehir merkezine uzak olması.(bunu bilerek gittik).Villada ufak tefek şeylerin eksik olması. Mutfakta tuz şeker yağ gibi şeylerin hiç olmaması ( köy yeri olduğu için eğer alışverişte unutursanız sorun.) Ama köydeki komşular çok yardımseverdi.
